Introducing our new video series "Live On The Tweet" with Scrunch CEO and Co-Founder Danielle Lewis
I mentioned in the newsletter a couple of weeks ago (you can sign up in the top right corner of this page) that video content was one of our goals for 2017, both live, in-the-moment video content and video content produced by our team, such as a webinar, vlogs, tutorials, Q&A's and more.
So, I'm thrilled to introduce you to "Live On The Tweet" - a new video series by Scrunch CEO and Co-Founder Danielle Lewis.
Each week, Danielle will be sharing influencer marketing tips, tricks, insights and commentary on influencer marketing, and digital marketing, on the go. Make sure you are following along on Twitter and subscribe to our new Youtube channel so you never miss a video. You can also catch up right here on the blog, just click on the "Live On The Tweet" category here.
So, what's new on "Live On The Tweet" this week? Here is a recap!
Create Amazing Experiences for Influencers: Danielle's top tip for hosting and working with influencers to ensure they can create the best content possible.
Try Brand Ambassadors Over Single Influencer Posts: Instead of working with a pool of influencers, work closely with one that perfectly aligns with your brand and business, has a loyal, engaged following across platforms and is a true ambassador for your brand. You can read more about long-term influencer partnerships here.
Do your research before contacting influencers: Before you contact an influencer for the first time, make sure you have done your research, follow them on their platforms and engage with their content. Be sure to also make your outreach personal and comment on why you think a collaboration with your brand is a good fit.
When looking for influencers, don't just look at follower counts: Engagement is an important metric to consider when looking for influencers for your campaign, because it is one of the only ways to discover whether the influencer has influence and an engaged community.
